Exhaustive wage agreement

Since 1/1/2004 there is an exhaustive wage agreement for the time work. He was concluded between the federal association Zeitarbeit personnel services (BZA) and the rate community of the Federation of German Trade Unions from eight single trade unions on the 11th of June, 2003. He regulates the remuneration terms and basic conditions for in the time work employees.

Equal treatment

Since 7/1/2008 Cncio offers an Equal to treatment model in Germany as the first personnel service provider. After an almost one-year-old development stage personnel decision-makers have the choice between an application on the basis of the wage agreement or on the basis of our model „Equal of treatment“.

In the time of the surrender to a customer the same essential achievements and terms of employment are granted to the employee which are conceded to a comparable employee in the company. In times of the non-application the remuneration at level in line with market requirements occurs.

All advantages of the classical employee's surrender are valid of course also for the Equal treatment model.
