With Cncio you profit from a fair reimbursement system. Now extra pays from up to 50% on Sundays and 100% in holidays are anchored rate-by contract. Besides, the exact height of your surcharge is directed after the regulations in the application company. This is also valid for the surcharge at night work which amounts to maximum 25%. The extra hours which exceed 15% of the agreed regular month working hours in the sum are compensated with 25% of surcharge.
Up to 30-day vacation
In the first year with Cncio you receive 24 holiday days, in the next calendar year 25 days, after the fourth year 30 free working days! Moreover, firm holiday money and Christmas allowance pays to you Cncio.

Fields of the problems:
- 1 with short or no Anlernzeit
- 2 one longer Anlernzeit require
- 3 one professional trainings or several years' experience in group 2 require
- 4 one 3-year-old professional trainings with several years' occupational experience require
- 5 one 3-year-old professional trainings with several years' occupational experience and additional education require
- 6 one master educations or engineer's education or comparable qualifications require

The valid wage agreement
