As one of the worldwide biggest private employers Cncio stands in the permanent tension field of economy, politics and society. And understands itself as an enterprise citizen - as a "Corporate of Citizen".
We improve terms of employment
We look after person, after our employees, around our customers. And with it also around the meaning of the work in her life. We serve to develop a multi-layered and comprehensive job market in which the society finds itself as a whole. We promote the social cohesion, the also undeprivileged groups in the working life integrated - to the advantage of the regional, national and international economy. We realise Work Life balance projects which consider individual needs to create a more motivated and more productive professional life.
We promote lifelong learning
We learn and develop if we divide knowledge and resources with each other. We offer continuing education possibilities for all age groups for the improvement of the setting chances and the lengthening of the employment duration. We protect jobs for the future by teaching programmes and training programmes as well as by the collecting of occupational experience. We initiate enterprise to handle responsibly with her employees, while we are a model and transmit our experiences. We encourage our employees to divide our values with us, and to use themselves for these values in the society.
We lead the way with good example
We dare, to be innovative to profit as an enterprise - in more economic like in social regard-. We develop and support initiatives with other enterprises, enterprise organisations, public and local facilities as well as at the highest state level.

Actively in the community
Together with numerous other small and medium-sized companies we have in May, 2003 the nationwide network „enterprise - active in the community“ founded. With the aim to carry out charitable projects, to initiate and to contribute thus to the long-term advantage of all partners.
In 2007 we have signed the „charter of the variety“: an enterpriser's initiative for the support of variety in enterprise, in particular for the better integration of migrants.
