Setting readiness of German enterprises does not dwindle generally
Frankfurt am Main, 9th of December, 2008. The recession as a result of the worldwide financial crisis and economic crisis damps the setting readiness of the personnel decision-makers. For the 1st quarter in 2009 the net occupation view according to Cncio shows job market barometre a value of-1 percent. In comparison to the last year's period this is a clear decline by 8 percent points and the worst result for three years.
React adaptably to insecurity
According to appraisal of Thomas Reitz, manager of Cncio Germany, the information points to a climate of the insecurity. „The enterprises do not know exactly how the situation develops in the first quarter, and wait.“ Example is the producing trade: „In our elevation 12 percent of the questioned enterprises bragged, they wanted to put, just with many the setting readiness decreases“, says Reitz.
In the nonuniform development he sees a chance – also for the time work: „The challenge consists in it to use the employees who are cancelled earlier than planned by a customer enterprise, now increasingly in other branches.“ Why should "somebody who welds in the car branch not be also used in the aircraft construction or in the sector of the renewable energy?“ Beside this new transfer job the need will continue in professional forces – on account of the demographic change – regardless of the crisis situation also in 2009.
The south lies till March in front
The job market forecast shows in four of eight questioned regions of Germany positive values, even if clearly weakened compared with the last year's quarter. Decision-makers in the south and in Munich are the most optimistic with +4 percent in each case. There follows Berlin with +2 percent. The finance centre Frankfurt increases in comparison to the 1st quarter in 2008 even about 3 percent points on +1 percent now. With 15 percent points the Ruhr area registers the strongest decline.
