What is a time work

Time work enterprises are occupation enterprises with jobs with her customers. On these external jobs the time employees vertragsgemäß her working achievement produce. Time work enterprises are employers like other employers also, for them are valid the special provisions of the employee's surrender law (AÜG).

Written employment contract

Every employee receives basically a written and employment contract unlimited as a rule. This regulates the generally usual achievements like pension scheme, health insurance, unemployment insurance, nursing assurance and accident insurance, paid-up vacation, continued pay in the case of illness as well as legal protection against unlawful dismissal. Therefore, time work enterprises offer you socially protected employer-employee relationships.

Exhaustive wage agreement

Since 1/1/2004 there is for the first time an exhaustive wage agreement for the time work. He was concluded between the federal association Zeitarbeit personnel services (BZA) and the rate community of the Federation of German Trade Unions from eight single trade unions on the 11th of June, 2003. He regulates the remuneration terms and basic conditions for in the time work employees.

Equal treatment

Since 7/1/2008 Cncio with the „Cncio Equal Treatment GmbH of personnel services“ in Germany as the first personnel service provider offers an Equal to treatment model.

In the time of the surrender to a customer the same essential achievements and terms of employment are granted to the employee which are conceded to a comparable employee in the company. In the times in which the employee is not in the customer application the remuneration at level in line with market requirements occurs. All advantages of the classical employee's surrender are valid of course also for the Equal treatment model.
